The team that gives you energy

Petrol stations are our daily bread and butter. For some, they are boring, but for us, they offer endless possibilities to turn them into places where drivers return not because they have to, but because they want to.

We began developing software that transforms petrol stations into mobility centres in Žilina in 2002. First one, then two, and today there are more than 70 of us. In addition to development and testing, we also have service and support teams with IT specialists who are among the best in their field. So the range of tasks we do is really diverse. Agile scrum techniques and new technologies make our working lives easier. We like to embrace innovation; these are challenges that help us grow professionally and take our solutions miles ahead.

Supporting team spirit is very high on our list of values. So whenever possible, we find time to spend together outside of work. We go to cottages, organise goulash parties, and hike in the Slovak mountains. After clearing our heads, we come up with the best ideas. We are a friendly group where you will feel comfortable and look forward to coming to work.

The official name of our team is BOS/HOS II. We came up with a name that better describes us. We are the "Raptors" because we are fierce and a little different.

During one of our stand-ups, we put our heads together, let our imaginations run wild, and then voted for the best team name. The winner was “Code & Go“, which better reflects the way we work.
