Our territory covers cities around the world – from Western Europe to American metropolises. We tailor software projects and fulfill our customers' most secret wishes. We create solutions that help people travel more comfortably, faster and safer.
We are more than 80 developers, testers, and release engineers. Together with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, we form independent teams that are responsible for the entire development cycle – from the initial idea to the deployment of the solution in the real world.
Although we work on different projects, we all pull together. Every year, we all meet at our legendary "Summer Party", where we turn off our laptops, turn on the good vibes, and enjoy our time together. Because even though we are technology enthusiasts, we know that success comes not only from code, but also from strong relationships within the team.
Falcons are known for their keen eyesight and speed. Our burndown chart often resembles the steep flight of this phenomenal bird of prey. At the same time, we are very flexible in hunting our prey – one day we work on one project, the next on another. The number and composition of the team is also very variable, like the feather structure of these masters of the skies. We are quick to take off, accurate in our strikes, and always ready to catch our prey (whether it's a bug or a new feature).
Our team is like a llama – we know how to look in the mirror and learn from our own experiences, we are courageous and protect our territory so that we can work to our full potential. Just as a llama protects not only its own species but also other animals, we take care of each other and at the same time take responsibility for the common result. We can maintain a steady pace and handle a heavy workload, but we also know how to set boundaries – if you try to give us more than we can handle, we will openly refuse and stick to a realistic commitment.
We are a young team that is hungry and aggressive in our work and success. We will overcome every obstacle and always find a way forward. We always have something to sink our teeth into, thanks to our 24/7 office buffet, where everyone can find something to eat. We are proof that even a small team can swim among the big players and sometimes bite hard. Our motto: "Hungry for success!"
We are Team Sharks – elite agile predators, moving quickly in sprints, sensing obstacles from miles away and leaving behind more than just completed user stories. Our burndown chart drops faster than our prey spots our dorsal fin. We carefully sort through the ocean of tasks and choose only the juiciest ones. We proudly circle around stakeholders and sharpen our teeth for the next sprint.

Each member has their role, their abilities, and their responsibilities, but the real power comes from cooperation, where the individual becomes strong thanks to the others. When things go rough, we don't shy away. We know how to wait, attack, and pull together. We are fast, persistent, and intuitive – just like wolves, we can navigate any terrain. And that makes wolves, and us, unbeatable. There is strength in the pack, and the Wolves team delivers results. Our motto: "In Jira Veritas!"
Instead of a long name, we use the abbreviation "PTBO". Behind it lies a diverse team with diverse tasks, a wide range of technologies, and open communication. We know how to have fun, but also how to pedal hard when we need to get to and from work on our bikes. We can do anything with software – the impossible on demand, miracles within a scrum sprint. We take care not only of the flowers in our office, but also of all the back-office software systems and services to ensure they work as they should. We develop them ourselves, sometimes design them, take exemplary care of them, and diligently remove all bugs. You can find our software on almost every continent, whether it's smartcards, tariff and web systems, reports, imports, exports... We regularly fight windmills, blow through pipes, and dig tunnels into the unknown. In the end, however, there is always a bright light in the form of stakeholder smiles, management satisfaction, and customer joy.

You will find our offices on the ground floor of the modern Scheidt & Bachmann IT center on Priemyselná Street in Žilina. You'll recognize them easily. They are the most spacious, with the largest windows, and strategically located around the perimeter of the center so that we are just a stone's throw away from all its amenities – meeting rooms, kitchens, vending machines with snacks, and a sports zone that we use for active relaxation.
We climb the wall, have a game of table football, billiards, or XBOX, or go there after work to play board games or the game of kings – chess. After intense concentration on code or releasing packages, such a reset always comes in handy.
If we need more quiet and concentration, we can use various corners of the center or work from home. At least twice a week, we socialize in the office and discuss what's new in our personal lives over coffee.
