We are a cheerful bunch of system administrators. Each of us is different, likes different things, and specializes in managing different systems. Nevertheless, we work well together and get along great on a personal level. We also agree that what we value most in our team is openness and cooperation – because solutions are always easier to find when we put our heads together. 

Our first response to problems is to ask: "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" Believe it or not, this is the cure for 50 % of all IT problems we deal with on a daily basis. In addition, we install and maintain all customer environments. Whether they are in the cloud or in our data centers, they are the backbone of our complex systems, applications and devices. Our goal is to ensure high availability and the lowest possible number of incidents. When an incident does occur, we are available 24/7/365 and work flat out to resolve it. 

In our work, we always appreciate a little reset – most often in the form of teambuilding or a company event. This makes us realize even more intensely that we are not just colleagues, but also friends and family. Cooperation and shared experiences bring us together and help us overcome any challenges – not just at work.

Our team consists of three musketeers from eastern Slovakia who defend the security of the Fare Collection Systems division's hosting environment with their teeth, nails, keyboards, and mice. With our weapons and knowledge, we cover all aspects of information security to protect them from enemies. Our daily operations include security logging, monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. But we also don't shy away from delicacies such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or SOC2 Type2 certifications. We also have a hand in risk management, business continuity, security policies, standards, and processes. And we regularly add customer security requirements to our musketeer agenda. Our motto is: "IT security for everyone – even those who don't want it."
