We are a group of professionals who manage and coordinate all software projects of the Fare Collection Systems division from their inception to successful delivery. Communication is at the heart of our work – emails, calls, chats, meetings, and face-to-face meetings are part of our daily routine. We are the link between customers around the world and software teams in Žilina, Bratislava, and Mönchengladbach. We communicate customer requirements to the software teams and present the developers' solutions to customers in understandable language. At the same time, we make sure that everything is running as it should. Our job is to ensure that every project is delivered on time, in the right place, in the required quality, and with all the required "features" working as they should.

Our office is located on the ground floor of the Žilina IT Center. Look for the CC.121 sign on the door. It is fullest at the beginning of the week. With each passing day, most of us move to our home offices to fulfil the essence of hybrid work. On Fridays, you will always find at least Janka, who loves our cozy office. It is equipped with modern white furniture with height-adjustable desks and large windows, which provide us with plenty of natural light. We are not only close to the software teams, but also to the testers and the kitchen, where we regularly recharge our batteries with our favourite coffee.
