S&B Slovensko among the TOP 10 employers in IT in Slovakia

Almost 70 000 people voted in the most prestigious survey of Slovak employers. The company Alma Career, which operates the largest job portal in Slovakia – Profesia, has been conducting the Best Employer poll for 13 years.

From October to December 2024, the public sent their votes to the most attractive employers in 11 categories. Our branch – Scheidt & Bachmann Slovensko s.r.o. – was nominated in the IT and telecommunications category along with 22 other companies.

The results of the public and expert jury voting were announced on 30th January 2025 during a gala dinner in Bratislava, where our company was represented by Katarína Labudová, HR Marketing Officer, and Marián Koprda, Head of Parking Solutions.

"We would like to thank all the employees, the public and the jury for voting for our company.We really appreciate this award!" says Katarína Labudová. "It is a great honour for us to be in the company of IT giants who employ thousands of people in Slovakia, while we only employ 500 people in IT and another 250 in our production in Bytča. This award motivates us to work even harder to satisfy our colleagues and increase our attractiveness for new talents.These are big challenges for us, but I know that we will overcome them – like many others in our 30-year history in Slovakia and 153 years in Germany," adds Marián Koprda.

This award also proves to us that the size of a company is not measured by the number of employees, but by the quality of the team and the company culture. Thank you to everyone who is part of our journey!
